What's the fastest way of pushing bytes around C128 memory without REU (DMA)?
Remap the stack and push/pop the data.
These two routines copy pages of data to/from cache in any page in any memory bank.
Data in the cache itself is stored in reversed order, but it's not a problem here. It would be a problem if you would want to use this method like memcpy().
